CasaVerde
Italia was founded in 2005 by Paul Arwar.
Some time ago Paul decided he wanted to build an environmentally
friendly holiday home in Italy. He found exactly what he wanted,
a piece of land in the Commune of Villa Minozzo, in the Province
of Reggio Emilia in Emilia Romagna. Halfway through the build he
decided this was a place he could easily live and work, so he made
plans to move out permanently.
Paul is a qualified building project manager who ran his London
based project management business 'Phastec Ltd' for over 12 years.
See his CV below. He speaks fluent Italian, has all the contacts
and knowledge of the Italian building regulatory laws and a passion
for energy saving methods, solar power, insulation and renewable
fuels.
Now he can find a piece of land or property for like minded people
who want to build a home or holiday retreat in Italy.

About
Paul Arwar.
As an experienced Project Manager with over 37 years experience
in the construction industry working in 4 countries with the
last 6 years in Italy, Fluent in Italian, Swedish and of course
English his native tongue.
He has built up relationships with all the professions in
Italy and has the aptitude to obtain fair fees and charges.
Skilled in procurement for the best discounts on materials
from suppliers across Europe, these discounts are passed on
directly to clients.
For example, a client needed a new boiler and has received
quotes from several plumbers, the cheapest being €1.900.
He negotiated with the plumber to carry out the installation
and bought the boiler direct from the wholesaler saving the
client over €400 for exactly the same boiler and work.
This is a typical example of the "no nonsense" work
ethic to reduce client expenditure.
Paul will run your project efficiently, he is working explicitly
for you and on your behalf to obtain fair fees, charges and
prices. He manages all the professionals, builders and tradesmen
to be on site at the right time and work towards the project
being on time and on budget as is practically possible.
You have complete financial control because you pay the individual
invoices and bills from the professionals, the builders merchants,
the suppliers and tradesmen.
You will also benefit by reducing language and cultural differences,
verbal and general translations are cost free, apart from
official documentation that may be required to be translated
for legal reasons.
