Re Paul Arwar

After being introduced to us by a mutual contact and discussing our proposed project to build a property in Villa Minozzo RE Italy. This included a visit to view his own project in Poiano (Villa Minozzo) and joint visits to the land and barn we had purchased we appointed Paul as our project manager to oversee and coordinate our build in early 2006.

Paul has proved both his technical expertise and his own invaluable experience gained building his own house.  A fluent Italian speaker he is able to deal directly with suppliers and contractors in Italy and beyond to obtain the best deals and materials.  On our visits to Villa Minozzo Paul is generous of his time and professional in lining up appointments with suppliers and local officials as required.

Prior to appointing Paul Project Manager our build was stalled in a Hiatus of our making due to lack of confidence (and indeed Italian! – This we are trying to correct!! )  We have no doubt that we would not have made the progress we have without him. 

I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Arwar to anyone considering renovating or building from scratch in the area.
